God’s New Year’s Promise in 2011

God’s promise revealed to us for the coming 2011 year is in Jeremiah 31:11-14.

11 For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.
12 Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
14 And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD.

When verse 11, God had redeemed Jacob, it shows that He will fight for us and deliver us from our oppressors.

In verse 12+13, God also speaks to everyone — young and old — and reassures them that they shall be as watered gardens; they will not be sorrowful.

And finally, God promises us that He will be our provider and will see to it that we will be satisfied in His goodness.

What marvellous promises of God to begin the new year of the Rabbit! : )

Also in the Watchnight Service on eve of New Year, God gave us these prophecies:
(well, the summary of it, at least)

Fiery trials will come in 2011, bot God will lead you through.

God has given us his power and authority on earth.

God’s promises are “Yea” and “Amen”, believe it and the promise keeping God shall fulfil all.

The covenant is between you and me, God says.

God shall protect us against our oppressors; He will not let them near us.

Let us begin the new year with faith in His word and His promises. We shall hold fast against what ever that may rise up in our way this coming year for He is with us.

God has also spoke to us through Zec 9:12, saying:

12 Turn you to the stronghold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee;

He will render DOUBLE ONTO US, even today, meaning even right now, God is rendering double fold onto us — just have faith and believe!

Blessed New Year.

Praise the Lord.
